A. Preparation time is dependant on the extent of the customization you have ordered. Your item normally goes out within 7-10 business days. Allow additional time for all stock and custom painted orders up to eight (8) weeks. The shipping time will depend on the shipping option you select. It's best to email and check that it's ready and to let us know when you would like to pick things up if local area is Montgomery, Texas. We maintain all tracking numbers for shipments mailed out, so please feel free to contact us (via email or phone) to receive your tracking number.
CAN THE GIFT I ORDER BE CUSTOMIZED TO A THEME? TOP
A. That's what Boots & Bows Boutique is all about. We will match whatever color or design you wish. Examples in the past have been pictures of wallpaper, drapes, chair fabric and bedding fabrics. If you are willing to tolerate our artistic impression, we'll even match to an idea that's in your head or ours. Anything that takes your fancy can be used in the design process. Most of our products can be customized with a theme and/or a child's name. Depending on the extent of customization we may need to adjust the price a little (usually specified on the product order page). Email us and ask if you have any questions or thoughts. We love hearing from you.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU WILL MATCH MY COLORS EXACTLY? TOP
The honest answer is that you don't. However, we go to great lengths to achieve this and we stand by our reputation of deliverying customized products to satisfied customers. A few Golden Rules we live by:
1. If you would like us to match artwork colors and designs, please email us a picture of the nursery/room with any special design. We can accept emailed images, etc. and it's possible they may work for you, but for greater accuracy we need pictures of some type of artwork. For example, if you have a son who has a rocket ship themed room and it's not on the website, please send a picture and it will be painted similar to the picture; however, colors can not be guarnteed to have an identical match.
2. Be aware you are dealing with hand painted art work. No two items are ever the same....after all, that's the whole point, plus to have fun enjoying your gift.
RETURNS TOP
Our return policy is simple. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. All products are non-refundable; however, Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
